From transforming Lakelse Avenue with modern upgrades and enhanced business facades to planting new trees on Greig Avenue, these projects are designed to create a more vibrant, welcoming community space.

 

Through partnerships with local businesses, community members, and the City of Terrace, we’re working together to make downtown a thriving destination.

Downtown Revitalization Project

In partnership with the City of Terrace TDIA is revitalizing the 4600 Block of Lakelse Avenue. The project focuses on enhancing public spaces, ensuring safety, and promoting community interaction, with feedback from local businesses guiding the improvements.

Greig Avenue Beautification

TDIA has begun a tree-planting project on Greig Avenue with guidance from the City of Terrace.
