Business Facade Improvement Program 2026

The Business Facade Improvement Program helps support exterior upgrades that enhance the appearance and vibrancy of our downtown Terrace. Funding is available as a reimbursement grant for eligible façade improvements within the Terrace Downtown Improvement Area.

This funding is administered by the City of Terrace and Northern Development Initiative Trust (NDIT). TDIA’s role is to support downtown members and businesses to access the funds and to receive and forward completed applications through the program process.
