4600 Block of Lakelse Revitalization
First advanced through TDIA’s downtown visioning work, the revitalization of the 4600 Block of Lakelse Avenue is now being led by the City of Terrace as a capital project.
The goal is to create a more vibrant, pedestrian-friendly downtown space that supports businesses, community use, and long-term revitalization.
